The survey was completed at short notice for the property purchaser to ensure the asbestos testing and survey report was issued in a timely manner for lender purposes.

Asbestos Management Survey to a four bedroom detached dwelling, including partial targeted refurbishment survey to the kitchen and rear elevation of the property. The property was located on Regent Close, Bramhall, SK7 1JA

Asbestos textured coating to the ground and first floor rooms, asbestos insulating board packers to the window sill and underneath the existing timber floorboards. An asbestos insulating board panel was also located to the fireplace within the lounge. Furthermore, an insulating board lid was inspected on top of the water tank within the loft and confirmed to be asbestos containing.

Asbestos Management Survey to a three storey commercial premises on Princes Street, Stockport SK1 1RW

As asbestos fire door was identified during survey, which was in good condition, painted/encapsulated and we labelled the door accordingly. The Client was advised to have the fire door replaced at the earliest opportunity by a trained and competent contractor under the CAR2012.
